Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

  • We ship tracked and signed for via DHL globally, fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Standard DHL UK deliveries for in stock items will be 3-5 days.
  • Standard DHL rest of World deliveries for in stock items will be 5-7 days. 
  • For non-standard delivery requests these will be quoted for directly with our clients and payments will agreed upon via Paypal or Bank Transfer. Please be specific with your request on email. 

Insurance:

  • All items will be insured by MILTON & HYDE.

Returns:

  • If a jewelry item needs to be returned, first please email us at info@miltonandhyde.com for approval and then the customer must be responsible for the return shipping payments. The shipping for the return must be by Fedex or DHL and have a tracking number and must be emailed to info@miltonanhyde.com.
  • Approved return jewelry items need to be shipped, tracked and signed for in the US to the following address:
